🌙 Migraine Relief Ritual

A tender practice for quieting the mind and soothing the senses

1. Retreat & Dim

Find your softest, quietest space. Draw the curtains or lower the

lights. Let the world hush around you.

2. Cool & Soothe

Apply a cool compress or ice pack to your temples or the back of your neck. Imagine the tension softening and slipping away.

3. Inhale Calm

Diffuse lavender or peppermint essential oil—or hold the bottle near your nose. Take five slow, deep breaths, inviting cool peace into your body.

4. Crystal Companion (optional)

Lay a piece of amethyst, sodalite, or lapis lazuli on your brow or beside your pillow. Let its energy quiet the noise and bring clarity.

5. Sip Slowly

Drink a glass of water or calming herbal tea (chamomile, ginger, or lemon balm). Offer gratitude for each sip.

6. Gentle Sound

If sound doesn’t worsen sensitivity, play soft ambient tones or healing frequencies. Let the vibrations guide your breath into stillness.

7. Affirmation

“I allow stillness to find me. I release tension with every breath. I am safe to rest and renew.”

8. Rest

Close your eyes. Trust your body. Let your breath be the guide back to center.
